Hello Everyone, 

My name is Maria Malatesta, and for my Genius Hour topic, I have chosen to sign up for yoga, and go to classes for 6 weeks (duration of the course). In order to explore whether or not yoga will aid in being a more stress-free individual, or provide me with ways to live a more stress-free life within this time period.
